ON REPEAT | Celia Tokosi

Celia Tokosi (@celiatoks) is a dynamic mother, skilled optometrist, and a positive social media creator. Over the last couple of years, her content has evolved, from comedy skits to include engaging parenting discussions, creative DIY projects, and more recently her interest in beauty and fashion for ladies in their 40’s, 50’s and over. When asked what her social media category is, she replies: “I’m kind of multidimensional so I don’t stick to a category of content. I just share anything I do, that I think will make people laugh, be inspired and just benefit from in some way.”

The beauty product that I love using is Ateh Jewel’s Blush of Dreams (£25).

I have been using this product since 2023.

I love this product because it’s made from natural ingredients and is kind to my sensitive skin. I love that I can use it as a lip stain as well as a blush. The watermelon shade gives a beautiful youthful appearance and works so well for my natural makeup look. It also gives my lips a natural pinky shine. The little pot lasts for ages because you only need a tiny amount to create the desired effect.

When I use this product, I feel like I’m 10-15 years younger, [although] my joints remind me that I’m not. 😂

I first discovered this product when I first discovered this product when Ateh invited me to the launch at Harrods. I was just happy to be there to support her and wasn’t expecting to love the product so much. I thought it’s just blush and I rarely use blush because I often break out when I do. When I first used it on my skin I was concerned that I would break out again but I didn’t. I’ve been using it ever since. So do my daughters.

My favourite way to use this product is with my fingers, I take a small amount and pat on to my cheek bones and blend. On my lips I rub it in gently and use a brown lip gloss around the edge and blend in. I can literally use it whenever I want. Even if I’m not wearing any other makeup. It just blends in naturally.
